How do I book Molly’s Margaritas?

How much does it cost to have the Molly’s Margaritas bus at my event?
Molly’s Margaritas is $2,000.00 for a 4-hour party, with our time slots being 12:00pm to 4:00pm, and 6:00pm to 10:00pm.
What’s Included?
Molly’s Margaritas supplies our famous 1972 21-Window Volkswagen Bus with 3-Tank Margarita machine, 3 different margarita mix flavors, margarita cups, straws, and salt.
What do I need to do?
Clients are responsible for the purchase of all liquor and the supply of electricity for the margarita machine – we supply extension cords that can reach over 150’.
What Flavor margaritas are included?
The included flavors are Margarita, Strawberry daiquiri, Mango, and Piña colada.
Are there any additional fees?
All fees are included in the base price, from delivery and setup to cleaning, gas, and tip.
Does Molly’s Margaritas have insurance?
Our fleet is fully insured and we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for all venues upon request.
Are bartenders included?
Bartenders are not included – Molly’s Margaritas is a self-serve operation.
How much time do you need to set up for the event?
We typically require a set-up time of 30 minutes before the start of the event and 30 minutes after the event for breakdown.
I want to book a party outside the 12:00-10:00 window; is that an option?
Molly’s Margaritas operates under strict renting parameters that are in place to ensure safety and an enjoyable experience for our clients. Operating under these hours ensures we are able to provide both for all of our clients.
